When in Burger's office with Perry, Tragg, and Andy, Dr. Nevins pronounces "digoxin" incorrectly. He pronounces it "di-ji-gen".
During one of his conferences with Janice, Perry mentions having given an oral report to the California Supreme Court in Sacramento. The California Supreme Court is in San Francisco, not Sacramento.

Near the end, when the murderer is about to strike again, Mason, Drake, and Lt. Anderson burst into the room. Drake has a revolver in his hand, but Anderson is unarmed. Given that they had time to plan the surprise, police protocol would mean that Anderson would be the one with the gun, rather than a private detective.
