Eccentric geeky student Emory Dick, who annoys a lot of people, decides to stand up for his rights and put the Glamazons, Josh, Sugar, Ms. Glass and lunch lady Vera Crups on school trial for harassing him. He demands that his abusers be reprimanded, that the Glamazons are disbanded and that Ms. Glass gives him a passing grade in chemistry, since he believes that she flunked him on purpose. The school's impartial blind principal Cecilia Hall agrees to organize an informal in-house public trial, where both parties will be able to present their case before a jury of their peers. Emory agrees and asks Harrison, whom he considers a friend, to represent him but Harrison refuses in fear of being ridiculed for supporting Emory publicly. Instead, Sam and Lily volunteer to represent Emory and Principal Hall asks surprised Brooke to represent the defendants and the school. Sam, Lily and Brooke take their new legal duties very seriously but they all agree not to ask Carmen to testify, since she's friends with both groups. Meanwhile, Sugar is devastated when he learns that he's been excluded from the school's wrestling team for being too big.
