Another guy Jimmy knows is going up for a felony conviction. He is a furniture maker who supposedly had his business torched to collect the insurance money. Enter the actual arsonist. A seeming nutcase who tries to convict the guy. The results again show how careless and ineffectual the prosecution is on this show. In a non-related case, a teenage boy becomes fixated on Lucy and actually proposes to her. He is soon charged with mail fraud for a pyramid scheme. Lucy doesn't help matters a bit.
