During the fight scene on the boat, wrinkles are clearly visible in the backdrop that is supposed to be a foggy sky.
As Number Six assembles his compass from the radio, it can be clearly seen he is in very shallow water despite having already sailed far from the beach.
When Number Six first returns to his home, he walks to the end of the sidewalk. An extra in a black hat stands still by a streetlight. When she sees Patrick McGoohan come into view, she realizes she missed her cue, shouts "Sorry!" and starts walking toward him.
The TV shelf and TV set in #6's London apartment are exactly the same as those in his Village quarters.
Note - from the outset both of his apartments (in London and The Village) are deliberately made to look the same throughout the series as part of the psychological warfare against the kidnapped Number 6 (e.g. in the first episode when being gassed and then waking up he isn't initially aware that he has actually gone anywhere until he looks out of the window and sees a completely different view).
