As the series develops, Rigsby gets far more obsessed with Miss Jones, he is frustrated beyond belief, and when she's not wooed by tickets to the wrestling, Rigsby asks Philip for help.

One thread that runs through the house, is frustration, everyone is frustrated, romantically, bar Philip, who once again

The scene of Rigsby trying to arouse Miss Jones with a piece of burning wood is side splitting, one of my favourite moments from the show.

Alan's earring is the subject of many laughs.

The series gets funnier and funnier, this one's a classic. 9/10.

Alan and Philip give a frustrated Rigsby lessons on how to woo women after Miss Jones turns him down on an offer to watch some wrestling.

Alan gives him some tablets that would calm him down and a Matt Monro record to play to Miss Jones. Unfortunately is just knocks him out and turns his urine green.

Philip later gives him some african wood from the love tree to burn. In fact it is a piece of wood that fell off the wardrobe.

Alan and Philip both want Rigsby out of the way so they can bring women home.

Another good episode, it works mainly because of Leonard Rossiter's mannerisms. He certainly knows how to wring out the laughs and more importantly, I sense he understood a man like Rigsby.
