After missing the previous ep, Ruth Buzzi makes a welcome return but Jo Anne Worley is now missing (except for some outtakes of her as a pregnant woman)! Kaye Ballard is the guest star. She was in NBC's other series of "The Mothers-in-Law" at the time. As in a few other previous eps, Dick Martin keeps mentioning John Wayne as a guest star but Dan Rowan keeps saying he's not on. Another guest star is Richard Dawson who was on CBS's "Hogan's Heroes" at the time. His co-star on that show, Larry Hovis, is also a cast member during the first season of this show. Neither of them appear together except for one scene. And then there's Dinah Shore but she's not a musical guest as she doesn't sing at all here! All in all, this was a pretty amusing enough ep of "Laugh-In".

Warning: Spoilers
I was so excited to find this on Prime. I was just born when this aired on tv, so I never watched it, but had heard about it and so many catch phrases from it. The first episode was unique and quirky and entertaining. By the end of this episode, it's obvious it is the same exact show every week. Same scheduled. Same skits. Same tired jokes.
Once you hear the same thing every week, it loses effectiveness. I was expecting the same quality of shows as, say, the carol burnett show. I will watch a couple more episodes, but unless they start shaking up the order and freshen it, I won't get through the whole show.
I'm surprised this lasted six seasons
