Excellent guest star here; we can really believe Jennifer Hammon in her role (at least for the first half). Being an early episode, there's still some uncertainty about Cutter's character, which makes him more interesting. Kevin Quigley shines as well; he has a knack for finding an interesting delivery for even the most prosaic of lines. This is the first episode where he proves his worth.
On the other hand, some scenes veer toward Baywatch In The Jungle but don't seem quite convinced that it works -- as if the producers were uncertain how far to push the "will they / won't they" chemistry between the principals. While this may have been intended from development, the fact is that it doesn't really work: it feels awkward, and takes away from the qualities that actually do work in this show. Moonlighting this ain't.
Overall, probably the most promising of the first half-dozen episodes. And if anyone wanted to see Gina swimming (nude?) in low light while discussing whether or not she's a virgin, there's that as well.
