Dr. Donald Westphall : [after Tommy shakes the snow globe too hard] Careful with that, son. Remember I told you that? I don't understand this autism thing, Pop. But he is my son. I talk to him, I don't even know if he can hear me. 'Cause he sits there all day long in his own world, staring at that toy. What's he thinkin about?
[Tommy continues to shake the snow globe, Westphall takes the snowglobe]
Dr. Donald Westphall : All right, come on, son. Let's go wash our hands, all right?
[after getting Tommy on his feet]
Dr. Donald Westphall : It's all right, I've got it, I've got it.
[Puts the snow globe on top of the TV]
