At approximately 32:33, when O'Neill & Carter are preparing to take off, O'Neill asks "I thought we were going with 'Red Leader' on this one?" "Red Leader" is a reference to an X-wing pilot from Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977). Also, the RAF used call signs like 'Red leader in WW2.
Daniel asks Jack, "Has your hair always been like that?" This may be a subtle reference to the fact that the character of Jack was originally played by Kurt Russell in Stargate (1994), and he sported a much more 'butch' hairstyle that was spiked upwards when compared to Richard Dean Anderson's regular coiffure. Anderson even remarked in an early interview that Russell's hairstyle was "the strongest" in comparison to his own.
When Jack O'Neill and Daniel Jackson are talking in the locker room, the names on the lockers are those of the crew. The name "Menard, J" (cinematographer James Alfred Menard) can be seen on the locker next to Daniel.
When Jonas is explaining his epiphany, he mentions that Daniel had been working on a "translation of the library of the Four Races". This was the repository of knowledge shown in The Torment of Tantalus (1997), which neither Dr. Littlefield nor Daniel had been able to read. If Daniel had later been working on a translation as Jonas said, then at least a partial translation was found. Presumably this was provided by the Asgard, the last member of the Four Race Alliance, and the most cooperative with the SGC.
O'Neill and Carter try to hit a small target on a Gou'ald mother ship while flying over it. The intent is to cause an explosion that will do serious damage to the ship. This is similar to a plot detail in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977).
