- Former Colonel Harry Maybourne comes to Jack with a proposition: Jack gets him a presidential pardon and Harry shows them the advanced weapons cache that Simmons was trying to get to. They go through with the deal, but Harry attempts to double cross SG-1. He manages to get through the portal leading to the cache, but with one unexpected item, Jack. They find themselves in a field and Harry's zat is missing. Jack, however, still has his P-90. Harry reveals that they are not at a weapons cache, but rather a utopia. He meant to live out the rest of his life there and believes that there is no way back.—trekkie4christ
- Harry Maybourne surprises O'Neill and has a proposition for him. If the President of the United States gives him a pardon, he will lead them to the arms cache Col. Simmons was so keen on finding and which led him to steal the X-303. Maybourne has the gate coordinates and a device that will provide access to the arms cache. The only catch is that Maybourne accompanies SG-1 on the mission. O'Neill is dubious and clearly doesn't trust him, but SGC gets the go-ahead. Once they reach the planet, Maybourne overpowers Carter and throws himself through a transporter - with O'Neill hanging on to him. At the other end, they find green pasture land and an idyllic setting. Maybourne also comes clean - there is no arms cache, and the plan was just for him to find the Eden he had read about in ancient scrolls. Paradise has its drawbacks, however, when the plant life proves to be dangerous to their health.—garykmcd
- SG-1 never found the clue to access the Ancient portal to Simmons's arms cache on a mystery planet. Traitor Colonel Harry Maybourne promises the key in exchange for a presidential pardon, which is granted. The key is an object, which he retrieves and comes along to use, but when the portal opens, he jumps through -followed by Jack- before it closes again. There, the men struggle, apparently alone, as Harry admits the story was a fake just to get to this disappointing paradise, which drives him slowly crazy trying to kill Jack. Jonas and Carter finally realize, after iconographic study, that they mustn't look for Jack on a planet but this one's moon.—KGF Vissers
