- Hyde's De Facto deputy, college guy Randy attends college part time, paid for by his income from the record store. Randy convinces the gang to have a post-wedding bachelor party. Hyde is against a bachelor party and says that if he wants to spend money on a stripper, he will simply take Sam for shopping. Leo is in charge of the adult entertainment and Fez has to find a place. Fez and Kelso cannot do the party at their apartment as their landlord will evict them. Randy suggests having the party in the basement, which Kelso clears by reminding Kitty that Red hasn't taken her to dinner for ages. Kitty is easily lured and orders Red that they are going to Frenchies and she will order the most expensive item on the menu, the $6 steak.
Randy says that the best bachelor party is where the groom believes that something bad is going to happen and then taking him someplace great. Randy wants to throw Hyde off and so the plan is for Randy & Fez to be driven around by Hyde till they are arrested by Kelso and bring Hyde to the party in his cop car.
Alas the plan to be 'arrested' by Kelso is crossed by real officer Ron (Ron Pearson) and the civilian boys land in jail. Fez thinks Ron is Kelso's friend (who sent Ron to arrest them to make the joke to look more realistic, since it would be very suspicious if Kelso arrested them) and tears up the ticket that Ron had written for Hyde.
Randy feels something is off when the boys are fingerprinted. But Fez still trusts Kelso and believes fingerprinting is how the strippers count at the end of the night how much they are owed, by counting the hand-prints on their body. In the jail cell the boys are supervised by the abusive female sergeant Davis (Yvette Nicole Brown). Randy makes it worse by encouraging Fez to ask Davis to shake it to test if she is a stripper and if the arrest was part of the party plan.
Leo has brought the strippers to the basement and finds nobody there. When the Forman couple returns, Leo has brought the strippers to the living room. Meanwhile, the girls are bored at their hen night without boys. And Jackie is angry at Donna for inviting Sam to their "girls night out". Jackie brands Donna as a traitor when she refuses to trash Sam. Sam starts talking to Donna, and Donna cannot explain to her why she is friends with Jackie. Donna finally says that she and Jackie have been through a lot. Eventually, the girls end up in a circle of their own.
Kelso finally reaches the station where the 3 boys have been held for the night. Kelso narrates the entire misunderstanding to Davis, about how the night was supposed to pan out. Kelso's attempt to spring his mates goes completely pear-shaped, when Davis locks him up for misusing police powers.
Kitty and Red have to pay the strippers $100 to get them to leave. That's when Davis releases Fez, Randy and Hyde, but not Kelso. Kelso is eventually fired from the police force. Randy, Fez and Hyde reach home and get a yelling from Red and Kitty. Randy apologizes to Red for any disrespect caused and says that they were only trying to do something nice for their friend. Red likes Randy.
