- TriviaAs revealed by Tom Ruegger, the episode had an extra ending scene that was never used: Buster, Babs and Fuddonna playing Twister, followed by Buster quizzing Plucky on what the names of the music videos were, with Plucky losing because he said "Constantinople" instead of "Istanbul".

Now this is how to parody music television
The premise sounded truly inspired and really stands out out of all the concepts for any episode of 'Tiny Toon Adventures'. Being somebody that has always loved parodies and 'Tiny Toon Adventures' and classic Looney Tunes often did do them very well. As a child, "Tiny Toon Music Television" was a favourite of mine namely for 'The Sorcerer's Apprentice' (a contender for the timeless 'Fantasia's' most iconic segment) lampoon. It is a premise though that could have executed either way.
Either as very affectionate and enormous fun. Or too bizarre in its mix of styles and messy. Luckily, "Tiny Toon Music Television" is in the former category. Actually love it even more through young adult eyes, due to now understanding more of the humour and appreciating more the styles of music parodied. Also consider it one of my favourite episodes of 'Tiny Toon Adventures' and easily the best episode since "Inside Plucky Duck", having found the episodes in between that and this a bit variable.
Animation is still vibrant and fluid, including some inventive visuals in "Teacher's Apprentice". The music is absolutely amazing and plays a big part in the episode's appeal, also a major reason for why it stands out. The styles of music parodied are done in a way that is wonderfully diverse and is very catchy. "Respect" is an amazing song and Babs, one of the show's most compelling and funniest characters, shines the most she has in a while, but Bruce Broughton's lampooning of 'The Sorcerer's Apprentice' is absolutely brilliant and worth seeing "Tiny Toon Music Television" alone.
Writing is the funniest, wittiest and cleverest since that for "Inside Plucky Duck" and not just in one segment. In all of them in one of the few segment-structured 'Tiny Toon Adventures' episodes where all the segments are equally brilliant. While "Money" is not quite as inspired as the other segments it is just as great at capturing the wonderfully crazy and witty spirit of classic Loony Tunes. And it is not everyday you hear Montana Max sing Motown or Elmer Fudd as Madonna (yes you saw right!).
Buster, Babs and Plucky are all on point, Plucky's treatment in "Particle Man" is like seeing classic Daffy Duck. Great too to see some of the classic Looney Tunes characters and in a way that doesn't disgrace them in any way. The voice acting from all is terrific from some of the best and deservedly most prolific voice actors in the business. Tress MacNeille is particularly inspired as Babs and Jeff Bergman works a lot better here as Elmer than he did as Bugs in "Who Bopped Bugs Bunny".
In conclusion, brilliant. 10/10
