This is a very funny episode for the Season and is elevated by the performance of the aggressive Russian waitress Danielle. She is played by Karla Tamburrelli who shares a very striking resemblance to Dinah Manoff (Carol on EMPTY NEST). Her boyfriend (David's boss) is played by Peter Iacangelo who worked steadily as a supporting player and is like a Russian John Goodman here.
The B-story isn't as funny and I knew what was coming right after Willie announces that there was a mishap in the garage. 8/10.
