In this episode, and in a few leading up to this, C.J. Craig and others refer to the country of Zaire being involved in multilateral talks regarding the conflict in the REK. Zaire no longer existed after 1997. It had become the Democratic Republic of Congo long before this episode was ever written.
When the staffers are in the motel room discussing the success of the visit, they remark that it's 6:30 AM, yet the sun is shining brightly. It's supposed to be February. It's barely daylight at that hour.

On Air Force One C.J. mentions that there was a mix up and the CHP thought the plane was landing at SNA (John Wayne Orange County Airport), but it was going to Los Alamitos. The fact is the runway at SNA is not long enough for a 747 and would've never been scheduled to land there.
When Charlie is lecturing Jean-Paul on letting Zoey be seen at fashion shows in Paris, he says, "Your parents weren't at the Versace show." Versace is shown in Milan, not Paris. But Charlie probably doesn't know that and just mentioned a big fashion brand that he thought would have a show in Paris.
