Good Nature-Focused Episode

Warning: Spoilers
For an episode that doesn't feature any major events or battles, this is a pretty good offering. Heracross is a cool pokemon, and the episode gives it plenty to work with. Heracross has a symbiotic relationship with Butterfree, as well as a territorial understanding with Pinsir. When the Pinsir migrate into the Heracross territory, all species get disrupted. Saving the Team Rocket reveal until later was smart, and added a bit of an unknown factor to the story (not that it's ever surprising when they're behind a scheme). Woodruff is an average character-of-the-day, but he's got a pro-nature message, which I'm always happy to see in Pokemon. Overall, you get a nature-positive episode, with a solid TR segment, and Ash comes out of it all with a new Pokemon! Pretty good.

Heroic Heracross

Warning: Spoilers
This episode I can vaguely remember of which debuts a beloved classic Pokémon from the Johto region.

I consider Heracross as quite a large strong stag beetle Pokémon and it has a very strong with sweet sap from the trees. Even everyone's favourite part in this episode is when Heracross takes a liking to something which Bulbasaur has in its bulb and way it retrieves it don't flag it.

I kinda like the whole mystery between why Pinsir trespass into Heracross territory and the bridge that was destroyed, it wasn't until over halfway reveals Team Rocket makes up scheme of their own.

New classic gag between James and his Victreebel before calling it a yellow belly sapsucker.

Woodruff is quite an average character with the expertise in woodland and nature.
