Sex & Nudity

  • In the dump, a pornographic magazine can be seen. A lot of viewers may miss it as it is a very slight detail
  • Brief elements of suggestive humor.
  • Cartman says to Jimmy: "If you say you had sex with Kyle's mom one more time, I'm gonna really let you have it!"
  • Butters is told to repopulate the world with his "weiner". Later in the episode, he spots a woman in a junkyard and says that they will repopulate the world. He eventually pulls down his pants from afar in front of her and says "I'm ready whenever you are". No sexual activity happens, and no nudity is visible.

Violence & Gore

  • Cartman punches Jimmy, a handicapped kid, in the face, knocking him out. The scene is in a comedic context.
  • Cartman pretends as if a meteor were to fall on the earth and as if an apocalypse happened, fooling Butters into obeying him to survive. This includes making himself look hurt with fake blood and a false fight with a cannibal, once again in comedic context.

Profanity

  • 5 uses of fuck 1 use of hell, christ, and crap 3 uses of dick and goddamn 3 uses of ass 2 paired with hole 1 paired with fat 2 uses of Jesus.
  • Occasional strong language, likely a mild R rating.
  • Fuck (censored on TV) is used 5 times, dick and goddamnit are used 3 times, ass and asshole are used 2 times and hell, balls, screw and faggy are used once.
  • Butthole and stupid are used as insults once each.
  • God is used in a religious exclamation 15 times, and Jesus is used 3 times.
  • Cartman insults Kyle for being Jewish 18 times in the episode, 17 of those times inside a montage.

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Profanity

  • Cartman flips off Kyle twice when he's not invited.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Cartman fools Butters into locking himself in a bomb shelter, which causes a disturbance in the town and his mother to break down in tears in the wake of his disappearance. The episode may seem intense and unpleasant, but is handled in a mostly light hearted manner, and Cartman does receive his comeuppance in the end .
