- Several woman show clothes that are low cut and revealing cleavage.
- A man sits fully nude in a stream room and his genitals, bare buttocks, back, and chest are visible.
- We see a woman in just small and tight black shorts while being initiated into the mob.
- A man comments to a woman about the police taking away the girl "you f*cked in front of me yesterday."
- We hear that a woman was 14 when she was pregnant, and a woman guesses she was a prostitute (we later learn she was and/or was a sex slave for a man).
- A woman dances around a pole wearing a short skirt that reveals her thighs and parts of her butt, a man watches her and then tries to kiss her (his shirt is open and reveals his bare chest), two other women in the room kiss and another man and a young woman kiss. Another man asks him who he is going to "fuck" and for him to choose one girl to fuck. He then calls him a queer
- A song has the lyric, "I just want to get with you" (among others, all during a sexual scene).
- A man choose a woman to have sex with and he has sex with the young woman who is a prostitute. She is on her hands and knees (we see her bare breasts and her thighs as he thrust from behind and we see his bare chest and thighs) and he climaxes while another man watches them have sex. Both of them get tired and the man watching claps.
- A young woman lies naked on a bed and sings quietly (we see her bare shoulders, her abdomen and stocking covered legs while her arms cover her breasts and her leg covers her pubic region) but everything else is shown excluding the vulva and breasts. A shirtless man asks her personal questions and gives her 20 Euros.
- A man fights two others while fully nude. His buttocks and genitals are repeatedly shown while they fight.

- When another man unintentionally surprises him, two people, a gown man pushes that man back against a wall by his neck.
- A man only wearing shorts gets a tattoo on his kneecap and shoulder.

- This movie shows that a life in the mafia is just not worth it. The violence is stylized, but also extremely brutal, bloody and graphic. It also deals with themes of prostitution and drug trafficking. Therefore 11+ years. Or 12/14. Important movie, especially in 2024 with the growing gangster "culture" and glorification in social media, and on the web!
- A pregnant teenage girl bleeds to death in a drugstore in front of a cashier, and another woman bleeds to death through her dress onto the floor (perhaps off-putting to some viewers). The hospital picks them up and a scene unfolds in the hospital where a newborn baby covered in blood is seen. His umbilical cord is cut and it is later revealed that the pregnant teenager died after childbirth.
- A man orders a subordinate to take a straight razor and the young man reluctantly does, grabbing and awkwardly sawing another man's throat with it, killing him (with graphic cutting, a graphic wound, and lots of blood oozing out). The frozen corpse is shown being thawed in a freezer which a man spits in his corpse. The corpse has its finger cut off in closeup and the man also said that he will clean his teeth. Later, the corpses hand is shown with all fingers removed. The men dump the corpse in a river and the police finds it all washed up with tattoos on his chest and leg.
- Another slit throat later, A young man with a bunch of people go to the cemetery urinating on a tombstone. Two men grab him and slit his throat and without the direct violent action shown but when the victim removes his scarf, a bloody gaping wound is shown carved into his neck and the man dies.
- A very intense knife fight ensues with bloody lacerations and at least two dead in a shower room involving a naked man. As the fight progresses, an arm is broken, causing a puddle of blood, and the man is stabbed in the eye, killing him (blood spurting onto the ground and out of his wound). Another man is stabbed in the back of the head (blood pours from the wound).
- A man kicks his son repeatedly.
Profanity

- "Punter" and "Whore." is said
- 31 "f" words (2 used with "mother," 5 used sexually), 2 "s" words, 5 wankers, 1 punter, 2 uses of "Christ" and 1 use of "My God." and queer is used several times to mean homosexual.
- Several offensive references are made towards black people.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A woman, her mom, and her uncle have wine with dinner, and Stephan then has more of that or other liquor.
- A man drinks a shot of liquor.
- A woman invites another woman to have a drink with him, but she rides off on her motorcycle.
- There are references to heroin used to drug women for sex. Several characters drink heavily throughout the movie, including drinking to the point of intoxication. Many of the characters smoke cigarettes, and one character extinguishes his cigarette on his own tongue.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Semyon is of very deplorable character.
- The fight scene in the sauna is among the most violent scenes ever in a non-horror film. NOT for the faint of heart because of the naked man and the stabbings.
- Sections of a diary, when narrated in several parts of the film, describe disturbing instances of rape and sexual torture.

- It's stated that a man beat a teenage girl, and was told to rape only to be unwilling to and so an old man raped her instead, saying that "a horse needs to be broken".
Violence & Gore
- This film has one of the most intense fight scenes of all time
- We hear a passage from a teenage girl's diary where she says a man threw her down the stairs and attempted to rape her, but that it was another man who actually did the latter, with him adding that if you don't break a horse, it will never be tamed and it said that she was fed heroin and pills now that she had entered childbirth, she will end her own life for the child.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man is told to throw a baby into a river, he hesitates greatly before he's eventually convinced not to do it.
