The Doctor, Ian and Barbara explore the jungle on Mechanus, while the Daleks unleash their robot duplicate of the Doctor to kill them.
The idea of having an evil doppelgänger of the Doctor is a nice thought by Terry Nation, but unfortunately it doesn't work out. That being said, The Death of Doctor Who (another attention grabbing title from Nation) is the best episode of The Chade so far, with no cringe-worthy comedy moments thankfully.
The main problem with the robot duplicate is sometimes William Hartnell plays it, than Edmund Warwick plays it; in one scene, Warwick even plays the real Doctor, adding even more to the confusion. It all culminates in a duel between the two Doctors, using their canes as swords.
However, the jungle set is very nice and well lit, and the model of the Mechanoid city is very good. The Mechanoid itself it also an impressive creation.
