- A man and a woman have sex on a desk. The scene is more comedic than sexy, and there is no nudity. Some men watch the scene through cameras.
- A man tries to have sex with a dead man, but is stopped. Again, the scene is for comedic purpose and there is no nudity.

- Throughout the movie, a demented killer chases and kills people, using weapons and placing traps. The murders are fairly brutal and include: a woman getting a spiked ball in the head; a young man getting beheaded; a young man dying by landing on a bed of spikes; a man getting cut in two.
- Several dead bodies are seen hung in a room (very graphic and creepy).
- A few scenes involve a room in which people are placed on a bed for sacrifice purposes: a dead man is dismembered by the killer; a living man is wounded by a knife and injected a paralizing substance, but isn't killed; half of a man's body is dragged on the sacrifice room's floor.
- Skins of people's bodies and faces are seen on a wall; a skinned face is seen several times in detail, and a man touches the place where the eyes are.
- A woman gets one of her ears pierced to the wall by a large blade; the ear is tore off when she frees herself.
- A man opens a fridge: a dead body is seen inside, and intestines fall out of the fridge, falling on the man who opened it.
- A man is pierced by a blade hidden in a chair (no blood), but does not die.
- A man is shot in the belly.
- Another man is stabbed in the belly.
- A beheaded head is seen multiple times, first being hold by a man, and later on dragged by a rat.
- Pools of blood are seen, as well as intestines and body parts, and some scenes are quite gross.

- Religious profanities, and a dialogue about God and Satan. The killer calls himself Satan.

- Despite the comedy in it, this film involves plenty of violent, gorey and graphic scenes.
- People are chased by a demented killer; people hide from the killer in a couple of tense scenes; people are killed in brutal ways.
- The killer's appearance is scary.
