As with the previous episode, I once again see a noticeable improvement from the last episode. I think the main thing at fault here, is the writing, the way the story plans out, the way Colin was written etc. I'm reminded of Frontios, it's as if Frontios was remade on a smaller budget.
I really can't decide if looks well made or cheap, it's such a varied consistency, some costumes look awesome, some look cheap and ill fitting. Why the garish coat theme, even Lieutenant Lang has copied Colin and donned a vulgar jacket.
It has improved though, the story is now into place, Denham and McNally are rather good in their respective roles, and Colin is settling, despite the odd bit of nonsense.
I really want to like this story, I'm just being honest with what I see. Disappointing, but still a million miles better then the last two episodes. 5/10
