Sirius Cosmo station launch party held outside the Howard Stern Show studio
magoosh00819 February 2007
Warning: Spoilers
The Sirius Cosmo stations is being commemorated for its initiation into Sirius programing. A party is being held in the Sirius lobby, which happens to be located directly outside the studio of the Howard Stern Show. Howard Stern Show crew realize there is a party going on just outside their studio and decide they will intervene in some way. Howard and the gang decide that nobody really streaks anymore and what better way to celebrate an inauguration of the new Cosmo channel than having a crew member streak. Richard Christy is immediately called into the studio and Howard suggests that he streak in the midst of the party. Immediately, Christy appears titillated at the notion and agrees to participate. Howard then has second thoughts about his suggestion, worrying that Christy might get into trouble. Nonetheless, the crew open the curtain blocking the window to the lobby to view to observe the party. They observe many Sirius personnel, mostly women, in the lobby and decide to interview a few of them. Scott "The Engineer" holds a wireless microphone while Howard interviews two Cosmo station radio hosts, one a brunette and another a blonde. Midway through the interview, a woman can be heard shrieking in the background. The camera then cuts to a flashing and dashing Richard Christy wearing nothing but a pair of socks and a fresh Brazilian bikini wax. Christy proceeds to evade security in a round about manner, running in circles throughout the Sirius lobby area. Christy finally dashes back into the Stern studio where he is subsequently interviewed directly in front of Robin Quivers's booth, still naked. To the surprise of Christy, upon returning to his office to dress, his clothes are missing and the whereabouts of Sal Governale are suspiciously unbeknownst to him.
