It's nice to learn that as far back as 1964 . . .

Warning: Spoilers
. . . at least some TV news people were just as much total airheads as those of today, willing to play ball with any big corporation that came along with an opportunity to churn out a vacuous "fluff piece" totally devoid of any news value except shilling for Big Business and concentrating even more wealth in a Mega-Corporation under the mistaken notion that "we're all in this together." The journalistic sell-out in this case is a BBC reporter who says his name is something like "Kenneth Alsop" (I have to go by phonetics here, since this slip-shod page does NOT provide ANY documentation of the many people who appear on screen to flesh out former Aston Martin Lagonda European sales manager Michael Ashley's voice-over narration; Mr. Ashley presumably is the man "swapping" Bond's Aston Martin DB5 for an "E-type" sedan, whatever that is). It's no surprise that Mr. Alsop (or whoever) would prostitute himself to the James Bond money steam roller, since even a rich lady like Queen Elizabeth II (with her husband, Prince Phil) are pictured here is similar obeisance to the Almighty Dollar.
