- A man pins a woman down with oversized butterfly collection pins in a dream sequence, and proceeds to fondle her. She calls him a pervert, after which he grabs her crotch.
- An elderly man in a dream sequence has an orgasm after Paprika puts her hand down his pants, telling him "it's going to get rough". He then inflates and explodes as if his body is a balloon.
- Paprika mentions that a man sold his body to an older man. This is revealed to be that the older man wants to live in his physical body and take it over, with a dual meaning revealed when both men are seen in bed together, dressed in sleepwear.
- Some kissing and hugging between characters.
- A man is slapped after kissing a woman.
- Two scientists are strapped to gurneys, appearing to have gone insane. One of them, a woman, has her skirt missing, revealing purple panties, to which she is oblivious. She is wheeled out in public before an observing crowd.
- When searching a room, a character finds a group of porn magazines, one magazine is seen named "Hard Boys", however, you only see the cover which has a man and a boy shirtless; indicating that the person who owns it might be a pedophile.
- At one point, the principal character is shown larger than life and fully nude. Although the bottom half of her body is seen, no sexual organs are visible, although her breasts are visible(animated).
- A few sexual innuendos.
Violence & Gore

- A woman is pinned down and forcefully groped without consent.
- A fat man gets stuck in an elevator and needs his friend to pull him out. He nearly falls on top of her.
- Characters are slapped at various times in the film out of anger.
- Two bartenders are thrown into a brick wall; they are later seen alive, but with casts on their arms and bandages on their heads.
- A few scenes of minor character peril, although there are only two deaths of antagonists.
- More violence than gore throughout the film.
- Scattered scenes of blood and intense violence.
Profanity

- A character is ridiculed for being overweight, often called "fatty", "chunky" and other names.
- "Pervert" is said once.
- Although this is an R-rated picture, there is no language in this film, except for a reference to masturbation.

- A man is shot in the back and bleeds to death, at one point, running a streak of blood from his hands across the window glass.
- A man shoves his hand through a woman's stomach in a dream sequence, appearing to disembowel her. Her outer skin falls off, revealing another character underneath.
- A man nearly falls out a skyscraper window to his death, but is saved by two women.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In a dream land, a man sticks his hand under a woman's skin before moving it up to her head and ripping her skin open, revealing the real version of that woman underneath, naked. He attempts to rape her before being stopped by another man. Quite a creepy and unsettling scene.
