Later he says "So I can continue to swab people's privates or I can figure out if this guy's delirium, pain and insanely high heart rate ..." There are discussions about condoms. House and Cuddy make a deal that she'll give him $10 for every patient he can diagnose without touching. He has to give her $10 for every patient he has to touch to diagnose. After he walks into a room with a female patient with a particularly low neckline, he comes out and tells Cuddy "I owe you 10." A girl has an STD. House finds out she has been raped and tells Cuddy. He and the patient discuss her rape at the end, but nothing graphic is talked about.
