This episode is AMAZING! I love it!
The tension, oh the tension!!! High tempo, nail biting tension.
Incredibly well played out, by everyone. But especially Sandra Oh, she rocks!
In between all the dramatic tension, it is so nice to have the Louise O'Malley scenes, to lighten everything up.
The music in this episode is also brilliant.
What I love about this episode is that it manages to keep the excitement up without having to use an overdramatic story. This is very realistic hospital drama, no need to kill off a number of cast members to make this episode as great as it is. The early Grey's Anatomy did this so well, to make a real thriller while keeping it realistic. Later on in the seasons they tend to go overboard with the unrealistic drama, and that is so sad, watching this one, and how they balance it so masterly.
