A Well thought out episode.
A group of confidence tricksters have taken money from a foreign visitor, Maguire poses as an American tourist in a bid to try and capture The crooks.
It's a pretty good episode, I liked the story, it's well paced, it's also a little different, not just the usual mix of cops and robbers, as a production, it looked pretty good too, with some nice external shots.
I like how rough and ready Maguire is, he's not afraid to mix it up with the villains, and he can certainly handle himself. Beatty was so good in the part.
A bit of thought clearly went into this one, one of the main techniques that fraudsters have always used, urgency, a short time limited only deal, Maguire is given a single hour to double his money.
Sometimes the fight scenes have looked a little ropey, often overly fake, but the ones in this episode looked pretty good I thought.
7/10.
