Pretty average 1970s hardcore gay porn film, although this IS a film as opposed to a mere skinflick. A music producer needs some routine odd-jobs done about the house - phone installed, lift repaired, roof mended - and ends up having erotic encounters with the workmen. The film is interesting for the insight it gives into 70s gay lifestyles (although this may be an idealized image) and the casual attitude towards sex between the classes & dope smoking. Philosophically, the film shows that one act of sex begets another - the producer makes out with his telephone man, inspiring some peeking roofers to get it together. As with a lot of gay porn films, the film ends with a potential disappointment being alleviated by the promise of another sexual encounter.
A cool and sometimes silly cocktail jazz score accompanies the action throughout, romanticising the scenes at times and emphasising the laid-back summer feel of things.
