Surprisingly Thought-Provoking

I saw this short film at Portland's Art Museum, at their aptly-named "Disquieted" exhibit. The beautiful Shohreh gives a great performance as a troubled woman who engages briefly with a crowd of people, somewhere in the Middle-East. There are no clearly spoken words--the soundtrack deliberately muffles them, but there is hypnotic cello music.

One odd way that I judge a film is how long it makes me ponder its meaning. My wife and I discussed its possible meanings at length.

Was she possessed? What did the crowd's reaction mean? Why didn't they notice her at first? Why did they appear to ignore her?
