Season 4 used to be my least favorite. But it is nothing compared to what the show brought this past decade... It was still at that time where storylines could get your attention, and it flaws were easily overlooked, through good writing and sympathetic characters. That knew when to get their emotions in check. I'm still surprised to see how what they said, didn't involve third rate politics or victimization speech. Callie's self discovery plot, was handled nicely and in a believable way. Bailey still knew how to be respected, and the whole hospital staff was organized. Obviously, Addison's return is no stranger to my preference for this episode. But it was once again showing how Grey's Anatomy, used to be genuinely entertaining and relevant. Thought provoking, even. And that soundtrack still made you want to get each of the songs.

This Episode begins with Addison, she is back at the Seattle Grace Hospital for a surgery. Rebecca tells Alex that she is pregnant. Bailey tells Addison that Derek and Meredith broke up with each other. Phillip has become blind, he has to get surgery today. Addison thinks that Callie and Hahn are a couple. Phillip died after the surgery. Bailey tells Addison that Tucker left her. Addison worked at the Seattle Grace Hospital for just one day. Izzie discovered that Rebecca isn't pregnant. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 4, nice to see that Addison was back for one time! The quality of thid Episode was also very good!
