Police rely on DNA profiles to help crack the case, and find out whoever attacked their victim, leaving them in a coma.
It must be so difficult for The Police when a victim refuses to give any evidence, but so often people have their own reasons. You never fully get the whole story.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this series, but the quality nosedived here in this final episode. What a dreary, boring hour of television this was, it seemed to go on forever, an interesting case, but the science, which is normally fascinating was presented in such a drab, lifeless way, if I was a DIY fanatic, I could have perhaps been interested in the door and handle.
It was hard to empathise with anyone, as we were given such a small amount of information about the crime itself, way too much time given to the science, it genuinely felt like one of those films I'd have watched in GCSE chemistry, I had the same yawning experiences.
I hope we get another series, but please, please don't let this be the standard.
The most boring thing of 2021, 4/10.
