Meh. This was a boring episode, lacking of the funny usual craziness from this series.
I mean, there were a lot of clichés and predictable stereotypes, but for most part this episode was incredibly boring. There wasn't any single memorable quotes (Besides of Sawada's line "There's no time to cuddle criminals!") This episode didn't have many absurd moments (At least not so absurd as the rest of the series) to be remotely entertaining, nor interesting as well, being incredibly generic and dull. I mean, this episode didn't even have any notorious animation mistake (With that I don't mean that the animation from "Keeping the Peace" was good. It was mediocre at best) What I noticed is that this is probably the episode with the major amount of fan-service in the entire series, with many Pan-up shots of Chun-Li, including at least two gratuitous shots of her derrière in the scene when she was playing pool.
But aside from that, there wasn't anything worth of mention in this completely forgettable episode.
