Rolf Bergstedt received five years in prison for attempted murder. In the High Court, the Prosecutor argues criminal prosecution that Bergstedt should be sentenced for attempted murder while Bergstedt's lawyer believes he should not be sentenced to prison.

It ends with Zetterberg being threatened by the thief with a screwdriver. Zetterberg then unconsciously beats the thief with a baseball bat. The thief sustains permanent injuries in the form of hearing impairment and balance disorders.
