WOODFORD COUNTY, written and directed by Carolynn Cecilia, is a powerful short film that grabs your attention immediately and doesn't let go! While the majority of the film takes place around a small table, the dialogue between Eileen Weisinger (Adelaide) and Maxwell Scott (Paul) is mesmerizing and one simply cannot look away - a true testament to the directorial style and vision of Carolynn Cecilia. As the film unfolds, so does the relationship of the characters as the narrative backstory becomes more and more complicated to the point of emotional overflow culminating in the incredibly powerful final moments of the film. Such a skillfully heartbreaking short film and an ABSOLUTE MUST WATCH for all.
