I actually love this show to say something positive before going into the current season. One season is not changing my mind on a series (yet). I still got hope. You know, most series struggle after such a brilliant 1st (and 2nd) season. It's just normal.
But this season. WOW. I can't find words to describe this season. Seriously. After 3 episodes I had to look up IMDb how long I have to go through this. And while I thought the length of the episodes changed from one hour to 3, the storyline didn't move forward at all.
The show usually moves me so much I watch it in one rush, but this time I had to argue with myself whether I should continue, hoping for something unexpected to happen or stop it. But as I am some kind of Sheldon, I stick to a show I chose to watch. With one loophole: the fast forward button! Pretty much needed as there was so much talking and senselessness.
But. Yes, here is still something positive to write about: Harry's character finally got a personal note. And that was pretty much needed, after feeling sorry for him for 2 seasons. He's opening up, he's evolving. To see Bill Pullman unwillingly show emotions, being more talkative made the whole season at least a little worth watching.
And that's all I wanted to say
