It’s either a romance destined to be — or an eerie coincidence that only Shakespeare could write!
Two babies named Romeo and Juliet were born just hours apart last week at Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville, South Carolina.
“It was just a coincidence. They were both actually scheduled to be induced on March 26, but they both came early which is so neat,” the hospital resident’s photographer Cassie Clayshulte told CBS News. “It just shows even more that it’s fate — they just happened to be in the room next to each other.”
The babies’ names were decided while each mother was pregnant,...

The shadow of death hung like a black curtain over Transformers: The Movie. Thanks to an edict handed down by the powers that be at Hasbro, pretty much every toy in the original Transformers 1984 line was wiped out in the course of the film's events; and by the time the noble Autobot leader Optimus Prime died at the hands of Megatron towards the end of the first act, a generation of youngsters were scarred for life.
In retrospect, Hasbro's cold business decision - to wipe out one generation of toys...

Warner Bros. has announced that the second season of The Flash will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on September 6th, just in time for The CW series’ third season. All 23 episodes (and one instalment of Arrow) will be included, and after all the twists and turns in the show this year, re-watching it to pick up all of the hidden clues will be a must.
The Flash Blu-ray will contain over three hours of special features, and the list released by Warner Bros. sheds some light on what we should expect. Browsing through them, feaurettes revolving around Zoom, the Arrow crossover which set up Legends of Tomorrow, and Kevin Smith’s episode seem like pretty perfect subjects to focus on.
– Behind-the-scenes visual effects featurettes for almost every episode!
– Star Crossed Hawks featurette
– Star Crossed Hawks: The Hunt for Vandal Savage featurette
– The Many Faces of Zoom featurette

While the fourth season of Arrow proved to be highly divisive among fans, it’s probably safe to say that many will still want it to adorn their shelves. And for those who do, you’ll be glad to know that on August 30, you can bring home Oliver Queen’s latest adventures on either Blu-Ray or DVD.
Something that I found to be cool about this upcoming set is that it actually includes an episode of The Flash, so you can enjoy both parts of the mid-season crossover in case you elect to buy only one series. Furthermore, several bonus features focus on the likes of Hawkman, Hawkgirl, and Vandal Savage, which seems appropriate given that said crossover served as a backdoor pilot for DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

Even Wesen have werewolf myths, as this week's Hound Of The Baskervilles-inspired plot in Grimm season 5 shows...
This review contains spoilers.
5.14 Lycanthropia
It was a bit of a mixed bag from the Grimm team this week, with a new case to solve, some ongoing storylines bubbling away in the background and a potentially interesting new development for one of our favourite characters.
The main plot draws upon The Hound Of Baskervilles – from where this week’s opening quote is also taken. While not werewolves as such, Lycanthropia is a Wesen-specific disease that turns Blutbaden into savage killers every time there’s a full moon. It’s down to Nick and the gang to investigate the killing of two campers in the woods and all noses point to it being the work of such a creature.
It was an interesting variation on the usual Wesen bad guy theme,...

Grimm takes a detour from recent revelations to turn in a wrestling-themed episode...
This review contains spoilers.
5.13 Silence Of The Slams
After the build-up to Grimm’s 100th episode last week, the show’s writers apparently felt the need to put a chokehold on some of the heavyweight storylines we’ve been treated to recently, and instead fall back on a regular Wesen-of-the-Week case.
It’s a shame the show is pulling its punches at this stage in the season when there’s so much going on, least of all a global Wesen uprising and the discovery of an ancient artefact that can heal the sick and dying. But no, let’s create an episode centred on the Portland wrestling scene!
Hands up; I love wrestling so seeing the two worlds collide did provide a little excitement this week. Sadly though, the plot wasn’t anything we...

5.12 Into The Schwarzwald
This week Grimm hit its much talked-about 100th episode, and in the main, it didn’t disappoint.
Show creators Jim Kouf and David Greenwalt had previously teased a big reveal to the four-and-a half-season-long storyline involving those damn keys, but they were still in no hurry to reveal their secrets.
As a result we see Nick and Monroe overcome one obstacle after another in their search to locate the buried treasure. In the style of the best Indiana Jones outings, the two have to deal with underground catacombs, piles of ancient bones, and figure out a secret marker to the treasure before finally uncovering the mysterious chest of secrets. (Because it’s Grimm though, they also have to escape an angry German...

Grimm season 5 is building up to its 100th episode with a Black Forest adventure in search of the mysterious seven keys...
This review contains spoilers.
5.11 Key Move
“Into the woods we go.”
And so Grimm’s Black Forest adventure steps up a gear, with Nick and Monroe swapping the Oregon woods for the German equivalent in their quest to discover hidden treasure.
Last summer, the show’s executive producers hinted that they had big plans for the show’s 100th episode, coming up next week. “We’re going to explain the damn keys,” Grimm co-creator David Greenwalt told a Comic-Con audience, before adding: “We’ still don’t know what they do but by god we’re going to explain it.”
It looks like Greenwalt is keeping his word as we approach episode 100 with Nick and Monroe up to their necks in the forest – literally – being pursued by...

The Grimm gang are off on a European road trip in search of those pesky season one keys...
This review contains spoilers.
5.10 Map Of The Seven Knights
Road trip!
Yes it looks like the Grimm gang is finally off on a European adventure after they discover a series of mysterious links back to the old country.
Well, the links are actually the long-forgotten keys from season one, now that the writers seem to have remembered they exist. They were part of an important thread at the time, so we should be grateful that the story is being picked up again, even if it’s all still quite fuzzy at the moment. Essentially, they're a set of keys that produce a map to a place where something – no-one knows what – is buried. But let’s assume whatever it is, is really important.
What is also very important – to...

Grimm ratchets up the horror in this week's season 5 episode, with some distressing scenes of torture...
This review contains spoilers.
5.9 Star Crossed
Grimm’s fifth season continued its descent into darker territory this week.
Alongside a behind-the-scenes glimpse into how Hadrian’s Wall operates, a Wesen storyline that fits well into the show’s main story arc and a potential jab at modern politics, we were also witness to some previously unseen levels of horror.
We are given a glimpse of how Meisner, Trubel and Eve have been working as a team to counter the threat of Black Claw. They each bring something different to the fight – whether that’s martial arts prowess, combat skills or mad telekinesis combined with a disconcerting lack of empathy – they get the job done. With its bunker HQ and latest surveillance technology it almost feels like a Hadrian’s Wall spin-off...

Portuguese actor Diogo Morgado has been cast as Joseph in Aloe Entertainment's "Mary, Mother of Christ."
He joins Camilla Belle, Al Pacino, Peter O'Toole and Julia Ormond in the action drama about the biblical journey of young Mary and Joseph during the terrible reign of Herod the Great. James Foley ("Glengarry Glen Ross") is directing from a script by Barbara Nicolosi and "The Passion of the Christ" co-writer Benedict Fitzgerald.
The film is scheduled to begin principal photography in October.
Morgado turned up at the end of a global search to cast the lead.
"We saw a huge amount of young actors and a couple were great," Foley said. "We thought we had finished our search when a tape appeared with this incredible guy. A major future star walked in the room, and I knew we had found the one."
Morgado, repped by the Park Noack Agency in the U.
