- This is definitely one of the most violent episodes in this series and the general theme is gory. Lots of blood is shown and often in "over the top" quantities.
- Several characters are stabbed by long, sharp weapons used by the "Sleepers". The weapon is shown coming out of victims' backs, along with lots of blood. One man is brutally killed in front of his wife and children with lots of blood splatter.
- This episode is generally very violent and gory.

- A female sleeper comes to life whilst pushing her baby's pram. As she becomes an awakened sleeper, she lets the pram roll into a busy road. We hear the baby crying and the screeching of a car's tyres.
- A woman is interrogated using alien technology. The scene lasts for approx. 5 mins and could be quite disturbing to some viewers.
