Chris Redfield actor Charlie Kraslavsky is certainly putting his fame with Resident Evil fans to good use. While still collaborating with director Andrew Saullo for Saullo’s upcoming short The Keeper’s Diary, Kraslavsky has now been revealed to be teaming up with filmmaker Shaun Meyer on his film noir webseries Carrier: A Raccoon City Story.

Lance Reddick, a prolific actor who played Charon in all four John Wick films and was a series regular on The Wire, Fringe and Bosch among dozens of other roles spanning a quarter-century, died today. He was 60.
His rep at Portrait PR confirmed the news, saying he died of natural causes but not providing other details.

The podcast series was created by Rhys Wakefield, who starred in season three of HBO’s True Detective and William Day Frank, who produced 2019 comedy thriller Berserk that Wakefield directed. It is directed by Wakefield and produced by QCode, which was set up by former CAA agent Rob Herting.

Cynthia Erivo will star in a film about the true story of Sara Forbes Bonetta, an African princess who in 1850 was offered as a “gift” to Queen Victoria and became her goddaughter.
The untitled film will be executive produced by Benedict Cumberbatch and developed and financed by BBC Film. Erivo will also produce herself along with Solome Williams of their company Edith’s Daughter, as will Leah Clarke and Adam Ackland for SunnyMarch and Rienkje Attoh for So & So Productions.
