Though he's tracking through wilderness and carries no extra equipment, Richard always has four arrows, even after he shoots two at Echo and one at Boyd.
Boyd leaves the van to go after Echo after using the silenced pistol without clearing the chamber. Later, when he gives the gun to Echo, she racks the slide. Since a round was still chambered, this would have ejected it, but no round came out.
When Connell looses his first arrows at Echo (wounding her in the process), the arrows lodge into the log horizontally, even though Connell is shooting from a significantly higher elevation.
When Echo fires the gun, the shell ejects and is several inches from the gun by the time the bullet exits the barrel/silencer. In reality, the bullet would have hit Connell before the shell even left the chamber, and likely before the slide even went back to allow it to eject.
At the beginning of the episode, when the security team is running down the stairs at the Dollhouse, the second guy from the front trips on a step just as Laurence starts to say "Secure the exits.".
Connell claims to do everything upfront, "the honest and hard way", yet he shows he has no true scruples, essentially willing to pay for an "escort" of his fantasies, rather than actually earn a female companion.
