After Hooking up with Barbara, Cody finds her sex doll is unresponsive, and she needs to finish her script. However, she quickly wakes up after Dan invites Cody to move in with her causing her to contemplate leaving Barbara behind. But something happens that makes her question that decision. The final episode of Dummy finally goes full circle by having Cody hook up with the Sex doll. It's crazy and Meta, like all the episodes in this show, but it is also heartwarming in its own way as Cody finally gets some strength apart from Dan. I really hate Dan, and Cody could do so much better than him. But I thought that Cody and Barbara's relationship ended well. I just wish that the ending of the show was better. Had Qubi made a run of it, I think this show would've got a second season. There are so many possibilities with these two characters moving forward. However, since Qubi went under, I doubt it will get another season or some sort of follow-up. Thankfully, it's still around to watch on streaming. And it is still worth watching for Anna Kendrick alone. She is both beautiful and hilariously charming.
