- A scene where a guy rips another man's hand in half.
- Lots of stabbing in the third act. More brutal than the first movie.
- While not as bad as the first movie, there is still plenty of bloody, and violent scenes throughout the movie.
- A man gets crushed by a huge dumbbell. Really brutal.
- A man gets a pitchfork in the neck. Not really graphic but unexpected and disturbing.
- A man gets a dumbbell to the face. Graphic and brutal.
- Two men are fighting. One of them grabs the other's face and burns it on a furnace. Then, he rips the man's hand in half and slashes his neck with a combat knife. The most brutal and graphic scene in the movie.
- Prison guards are hit with a riot shield. Not graphic.
- The opening sequence features an emergency surgery performed, where an incision was made to insert a chest tube. Very bloody and graphic.

- Zurab shoots his uncle Avtandil. We can see blood pouring from his wound as he dies. Unexpected and sad scene.
- Tyler kills Zurab by shooting him in the head after a long fight.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Yaz is shot in the back by Zurab while trying to get in the helicopter. He dies a few minutes later and we see Nik crying. Really sad scene.
