One of the few anime's I can't decide if it's Love or Hate

Another Isekai, another world and another set of improbable situations.

But anime one cycles between interesting questions, cheesy over predictable scenarios tropes and it seems to struggle to decide if it wants depth or not. This is best highlighted by the final few episodes where the party struggles with an pitiful / trivial final goal to complete a quest stage the extended over several episodes to finally have a significant reveal. As a result one of the characters is forced to struggle with past choices, which was building up well, only to have it flip into borderline evil overlord monologuing which seemed to completely negate the possible character and story growth.

It seems it's been green-lit for a 2nd season, so maybe the answer will be found there, will it be a standout Isekai or something one regrets watching?

Pro's:

• Good English Dubbing.
• Some interesting situations / questions.
• 2nd season on the way.

Con's:

• Average to lower quality animation.
• Predictable.
• Lack of significant character depth and development.
• Little significant story advancement.

Doesn't deserve the hate that it's getting

7.5 i would rate it. It isnt the best isekai to air but it's in someways pretty original. It has often pretty good comedy, some fight scènes could be better but overal i am happy with it.

Something different and a little less boring

The first season of 100-man is something different for which the author should be applauded, but it turned out that it did not live up to expectations.

The second season of 100-man was... weird. The show has changed a bit, bringing a more arc-oriented perspective instead of that boring approach.

Still, it's one of those cases where the phrase "go read the source material" applies.

Nothing Amazing Period.

All the others are insane. Personally I think the current 6.4 rating is too high for this anime. There is absolutely NOTHING amazing about this anime. It is not underrated like one reviewer said, the rating is as accurate as I can see, maybe even a bit modest.

The first season is INCREDIBLY slow. It does NOT get better after 6 episodes like one reviewer said.

One reviewer mentioned unlike other Isekai these characters powers are weak at the beginning. They NEVER get any more decent where it's actually meaningful or helpful without their lives being in imminent danger, it's quite lame.

Season 2 is worst than the first season, it does NOT get better. The action is crap, the characters are not interesting in the slightest, yet they keep adding more.

I don't know how crap like this gets renewed for a 2nd season but I can't get a 2nd season of No Game No Life or Drifters or even Wiseman's Grandchild.

Good one , but it will take 6 episodes to get the hang of it before six episodes it will be a little bit boring

The anime keep everything interesting if you managed to watch till episode 6 , the next season will start at July 2021 , I will rate this 8/10 as its very interesting (must watch if you have time to kill)

One of the underrated anime

Competed season 1 and I didn't see anything to disappoint. Usually every isakai story the summoning heroes are very strong. But here the powers are low at the bigining.

Binged Season 1, couldn't stop. Can't wait to see Season 2

This is great show. If I was to try and compare it to another show it's a cross between In Another World With My SmartPhone & The Rising of the Shield Hero, with a little Death Note mixed in. The smartphone show is just fun, the Shield Hero show is awesome, and Death Note is dark and witty. This show is right in the middle. Some light fun stuff mixed with some heavy emotions and consequences.

Infrequent use of profanity, and the profanity is more on the mild side. No sex or nudity, but a couple of sexual themes.

Totally worth the watch.

Take it with a grain of salt

For me this show is a 10/10 not for the reason you may think what really push this show for me is charter interaction because I love seeing the point of view everyone had in this show they all have real points of view. That what pushs the show for me plus the world building is very interesting.

If you don't bother to listen and actually think about how people would act in an isekai this might be generic but overall this is one of the most interesting isekai out there! It not the normal or very realistic one but it doesn't have to be to be great!

Underated anime

I may not in kahvel-san's place but when she kiss yuusuke, the life that I think of her in 15 years came flashing through my brain, the war, her loneliness, her heart waiting for yuusuke, the child she's carrying, her worry that she may not be able to see yuusuke etc. And when she says "sorry I went ahead and got old before you", that line really hurts me on top of her memories in 15 years. When I first watch this anime back in january, I really want them to be together out of all isekai animes out there. This scene is what I've been waiting for since season 1. I came to hate Game Master because of this. And as I browse history of kahvel, the hero's 5-6th mission, kahvel is already dead. This is what I can't accept. Hope that the final episode of this is yuusuke would stay in that world and the time in that world would start back in either 1-2 mission of them. Back to when yuusuke first meet kahvel or atleast in his 4th mission.

Split paths of Yusuke Yotsuya

A interesting story and concept. I like the idea of the characters returning to their own world after completing the mission. I hope if this anime gets more seasons we can see the rules broken maybe with them missing the timer and so they get stuck in the other world, I also want to see how the main character, Yusuke Yotsuya grows throughout the series i like especially seeing him grow. The anime allows us to theorize what is happening in the animes world with the characters actions and the characters in the world, I like the idea of Yusuke Yotsuya becoming the main villain of the anime because of his though process and how he treats others. You should definitely check this anime out and I hope we get to see more of the characters in the future.

Dont deserves this much hate

Guys i will tell one thing definitely this series is underrated and the definition of dont judge a book by its cover. Ofcourse it was a little bit of confusing from the start like whether you will like this series or hate this.its gets intersting around from epiosde 7 or 8,i dont remeber precisely.and season 2 is also too good compared to season 1.so if anyone there leaving this show after just watching 4-5 episode i request you to please go through the whole series,you will definitely find it good and it has not too much drama and unnecessary dialogues. One thing i hate in this series is the time difference between the parallel worlds. I will not say any other spoiler,you can watch the series and find out yourselves.waiting for season 3. Thank you.
