What's "Lightsaber" in Japanese?
This is a documentary on, well, what it says in the title. G4's resident SW fanatic, Blair Butler, goes to Tokyo and meets, well, others of her kind, and we see the life-size vehicles, sets, props, costumes and art(!) that they've made, hear interviews with well-known and popular actors(including Mayhew and Daniels)/crew(such as Filoni, the director of The Clone Wars) from the two trilogies, get a load of the cool stuff you can purchase and in general soak up the atmosphere of the celebration. The running time is a little over an hour. The pacing is impeccable, this is never boring. The editing is excellent, from start to finish, and the many clips of all six films are incredibly well-used. Both parody sketches are utterly and powerfully hilarious, and even sufficiently different from one another. This whole thing is funny and entertaining throughout. BB in the Stormtrooper uniform is great. Same goes for the cosplay. This is produced about, for, and by those who love the galaxy far, far away. So if you share that devotion, reach out with The Force to put the TV on, and sit down and enjoy this. I recommend this to anyone who belongs in aforementioned group. 8/10
