Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man is ordered that he must give up his children to a horrific life of torture and pain, he decides that in order to save his children of that fate he must shoot them both dead, along with his wife and then himself so as not to live with his actions. Incredibly disturbing, despite only being communicated through off screen gunshots.
- The overall plot of this miniseries revolves around aliens wanting to abduct 10% of Earth's children for unknown reasons. In this episode these reasons become clear as the alien reveals that they need the children for "the hit", meaning that the aliens are using the sentient human children as a recreational drug similar to heroine or cocaine. This is incredibly distressing, especially since several children have already been seen condemned to this fate and remain conscious throughout.
- The main protagonist is forced to kill his own grandchild in order to stop the mass abduction. This scene is incredibly violent and disturbing as the child is seen screaming with blood pouring from his nose and mouth as his mother watches helplessly.
