Sally seems to be on top form here as the Bay's stabilising presence, helping Brad to find some direction in life. She's great with Alf too and it's very appropriate that she's the one who finally helps him realise that shutting his eyes(in more ways than one)isn't going to help.
Elsewhere, the episodes mainly focuses on endgame for Kim and Rachel. Even though Rachel has clearly done wrong, Kim acts like such a hypocritical jerk that it's hard to feel any sympathy for him. There's some clearly loaded dialogue here, with Rachel noting that she's just given Kim the perfect excuse to run out on her and observing that he's obviously found somewhere better to be right before it cuts to him turning up at Kit's.With the knowledge that Chris Hemsworth is leaving the show, it's pretty obvious where this one's going.
