John Carroll Lynch, Ryan Phillippe, and Patrick Gallagher are all actors I like, it's why I watched the show. But I must give my respect to the Casting Director for casting the legendary Brooke Smith, the original kidnapped girl who fights back.

This series is a bit strange and I'm not sure where it is going, but I will watch episode 6.

Well, I enjoyed the wacky ride of the first 5 episodes even if the "eye roll factor is huge" at times ( some of the Kumbaya moments when the captive girls are doing their campfire harmonious singing. ) If I am still kicking in the new year I will be continuing to seek this show out. My favorite actors are the trio of captive women even if the singing is out of place. The Ronald character is also a good character study . This is an interesting TV program for me to engage upon it is entertainingly "out to lunch." Fun , crazy, television 8/10

This is the video version of CLICKBait. They could wrap up this storyline in a much shorter time frame. And why does ABC love to combine people who are psycho and religious..?

This episode at least had a little drama, a little excitement to it, but if they wrap this case up what's left? How can they fill a whole season?

Where is this going? This is freaking 2020, don't play with us. John Lynch, always amazing, beat up girls still resilient, calculating, survival abilities- strengthening, 2 positives.. Everybody else, please drink some coffee...been watching old Colombo episodes (writers take note)

Badly written episode

Series was really good up to episodes 4 and 5.

Spoiler alert.

They find the suspect cop in the middle of nowhere, he has been there a few times in a day with no reason, they find an underground lockup which recently had three kidnapped people in it. The lockup would have evidence of the kidnapped persons (smell, blood etc) or would have been noticeably cleaned. All Police including the chief simply ignore this and the bad guy is left to continue to do what he does.

Just a very poorly written episode and plot here. Really let the series down for me! Hope they make up for it!
