Another great storyline, with Trixie back in the limelight after writing to a national newspaper to give her views on the upcoming abortion bill, then speaking out on the radio in opposition to a couple of grumpy old men who think they know more about women's issues than women do.
At the end of the episode, it is revealed that Nancy had a daughter at 16. However, Sister Julienne's response to this disclosure is slightly unbelievable given the character's previous stance regarding unmarried mothers - most notably when she bent over backwards to find employment for the prisoner Stella in season 3 episode 3 so that she could keep her baby. Sister Julienne has always been so supportive and compassionate towards young women like Nancy, so why be so negative now?
