It was finally time for the first elimination in the eighth season of "Dancing with the Stars," and it would involve a little twist in which the bottom two couples would participate in a dance off to see who would go home.
First, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy opened the show with the "Calloway Boogie."
Asked for an explanation about what resulted in him missing Monday night's performance show, "Jackass" star Steve-O said he showed up Monday night with an "unbelievably bad idea" for the end of his routine, then decided to change it to an even worse idea. He ended up getting carted to the hospital. He wanted to make it up to his partner Lacey Schwimmer, who told him the dip was a bad idea.
