- At the beginning of the episode, Kenny's girlfriend is described as a "notorious whore" and a "slut". It is also mentioned that she gave a 5th grader oral sex. She explains to Kenny how she felt pressured to give oral sex to another boy.

- Kenny actually receives oral sex from his girlfriend in the end. None of this is shown, only referenced. He gets syphilis and dies. (Kenny dies in every episode. He's always back in the next one.)
Violence & Gore
- Mickey Mouse captures Cartman, Kyle and Stan, threatening to kill them with a chainsaw. He kicks Cartman in the groin, knocking him to the ground. He also becomes angry after a Jonas Brothers concert fails, and, becomes a giant who floats around in the sky, breathing fire on the citizens. Some of them burn and apparently die.
