As said the first episode had be digging my nails into the sofa arms. Grimm old fart and some hooker make good. Yuk and ugh. HOWEVER the second and third was great. The self made down to earth man and his great kids. The 3rd is just class. CHEERS SALLY love ya.

Miss Lindsay brings her wide eyed 'I'm just a simple northern lass' faux naivety to bear on some horribly acquisitive conspicuous consumers
and their sycophantic hangers - on(stylists,dresssers,perfumiers etc)
who live in garish flamboyance in posh ghettos.
With the tunnel vision of the thick - skinned they constantly brag about the cost of everything but clearly know the value of nothing.
Egged on by Miss Lindsay to reach even more heights of vulgareity, the women utter names prayer - like(Victoria Beckham - yes really - Stella McCartney ,Jimmy Choo,all the vacuous preoccupations of the more money than sense brigade).
More power to Miss Lindsay's elbow before these appalling people catch on to what she is up to.

Absolute rubbish quite simply.
Sally Lindsay doesn't seem to know what direction she wants to go in for her career, and Channel 5 are all too keen to send her around the country doing drivel like this, while axing 'Neighbours' in the process.
I like Lindsay, I think she's a better comedy actress than people give her credit for, but this was a poor vehicle for her.

Couples who have made good bragging about their houses and cars.....pffffffff. Switched off after 10 min. I have materially rich friends who would never go to this extent, and who very few people realise have money, those are the true rich, not these wannabes.
