I have already reviewed the series but this episode merits special attention. In SAVING GRACE we have an A-List movie star working with her own angel while solving horrific crimes. This brilliant series is a strange melding of TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL and THE CLOSER, two excellent productions, but arguably better than each. You have to wonder if by episode 5 in their third and last year, the producers knew this was their swan song, and took the gloves off? In episode 4 of this year, we had a strange story about two angels competing for Grace. It was not a sterling episode by itself, but it indicates a much stronger attention to spirituality than in the first two seasons. And then we have this entry. Never mind the silly name, it is deeply touching on many levels, unforgettable, and highly recommended.
